We create all prints and frames specifically for you, which is why all orders are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in the event that your frame is damaged upon arrival, we will accept exchanges. Please note that our shipping carrier requires any damaged orders to be reported within 7 days of receipt. To process your claim, please take photos of the damage, retain the print, and email us at mail@sebastianromerophoto.com within this timeframe.

All of my products are shipped via FedEx within 1-2 weeks of order date.

We offer FREE FedEx SHIPPING to the US (48 Contiguous States), Hawaii, Alaska & Canada on all of our products. The only restriction is sizes larger than 30”x40”are unable to be shipped via FedEx to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada and not eligible for this free shipping offer.

Yes, we can not ship frames larger than 30x40” to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Internationally.

Yes! All frames include mounting hardware and instructions for easy hanging.

Clean your frame by using a small amount of mild soap and warm water with a soft cloth or sponge. Dry by blotting gently with a lint-free cloth. DO NOT use a household cleaner like Windex or any abrasive material.

Not to worry, none of our products include a price or invoice within any of our shipments.

Yes, if you are a Hawaiʻi resident, you will be charged sales tax per your county at checkout.
