Return Policy
We create all prints and frames specifically for you, which is why all orders are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded. However, in the event that your frame is damaged upon arrival, we will accept exchanges. Please note that our shipping carrier requires any damaged orders to be reported within 7 days of receipt. To process your claim, please take photos of the damage, retain the print, and email us at mail@sebastianromerophoto.com within this timeframe.
