Yes, if you are a Hawaii resident, you will be charged sales tax based on your county.

We create all prints and frames specifically for you, which is why all orders are considered final and cannot be returned and refunded.

In the event that your print or frame is damaged upon arrival, we will accept exchanges.

Please note that our shipping carrier requires any damaged orders to be reported within 7 days of receipt.

To process your claim, please take photos of the damage, retain the print, and email us at mail@sebastianromerophoto.com within this timeframe.

Hahnemühle Photo Rag® is an inkjet-coated paper specially tailored for fine art printing. The lightly defined felt structure and characteristic soft Photo Rag® feel gives every fine art print an incredible depth and three-dimensional appearance.

All framed orders come with mounting hardware and instructions for easy hanging.

When able, hang at eye level — or about 57 to 58 inches above the floor. If hanging over a sofa or bed, don't leave a lot of wall space between the sofa/bed and frame. Try for three to six inches.

Clean your frame by using a small amount of mild soap and warm water with a soft cloth or sponge. Dry by blotting gently with a lint-free cloth. DO NOT use a household cleaner like Windex or any abrasive material.

Avoid direct sunlight and monitor your indoor climate. Only use the provided mount or similar gallery-style mount.
